Adaptive Optics Group was the initiator and main organiser of the first Workshop on Adaptive Optics for Industry and Medicine (Shatura, Russia, 1997). The group is actively participating in the annual Photonics West SPIE Conferences on Laser Resonators 1998-2019 (Conf. Chair Prof. Alexis Kudryashov), and attending International Workshops on Adaptive Optics for Industry and Medicine which is held in a different country every second year.
